Shipping + Returns
Items listed on this site are ready to ship unless clearly marked as "made to order" (customisations etc.). Orders will be processed within 1 - 2 business days. Due to the nature of the production process, custom orders may take up to two weeks for completion.
Christmas cut-off dates
Please note that guaranteed delivery times for Christmas have passed.
Nevertheless, we will continue to ship your orders right up to the holidays. Alternatively, you can purchase a gift card which will be instantly delivered via email.
We use the shipping address provided at checkout and aren't responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address. Lost or stolen packages are the buyers responsibility. If you realise that the shipping address is incorrect after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your item has shipped, we won't be able to change the address.
All orders ship from NSW, Australia.
All orders are carefully wrapped but shipped without insurance unless other arrangements are made. Insurance fees will be calculated based on your order and charged accordingly.
Orders within Australia are shipped with SENDLE (preferred) or, if not suitable, with Australia Post. SENDLE doesn't serve rural areas in Australia, nor does it deliver to Parcel Lockers.
International orders will be shipped with the more cost effective carrier available for the destination country.
Once delivered to the carrier, the buyer assumes the risk of loss and title for the merchandise and, for international orders, is responsible for any additional taxes and duties/custom fees. If you decide to refuse to accept your package, you are still responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges, and the cost of returning the package.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email and or text message (if phone number provided at checkout) with the tracking information.

Deliveries to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Canada, United States will use SENDLE's shipping option for AU$35.
To all other countries, a shipping fee of AU$50 is applied.
*** Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, shipments will be delayed. Carriers do not guarantee delivery times. Economy Air is not being shipped at the moment, and Express deliveries take longer than usual. International packages may not be transported by the carrier, depending on the destination. ***
For delivery within Australia, allow 2-7 days depending on distance from Sydney Metro area.
International orders with shipments outside Australia take 2 to 6 weeks to reach their destinations. Custom fees and additional taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

Exchanges / Returns
Bottles of the same style may show small variations in colour shade, shape and size, depending on the original manufacturer. In addition, due to the properties of glass and fine nuances in bottle shape, each bottle melts and flattens a little different, and no two bottles / dishes turn out exactly the same. Due to these slight variations, each item will be similar but may not be 100% identical to the one shown in the photos on the product listing page. However, overall colour and style will be the same. Please remember that colours displayed on phones, tables and monitors may differ due to individual colour settings or selected brightness of your screen.
Should an item not meet your expections,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We accept an exchange or return if the item is returned in its original condition and if you pay for the return postage cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you're responsible for any loss in value.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item,
please contact us immediately within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the merchandise. For damaged goods, we may request that you email us a photo of the package/product as you've received it.
If you receive a wrong item, we’ll email you a return shipping label. Once you receive the label, please return the item in the original box and packaging materials. A replacement will be sent upon receipt. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you're responsible for any loss in value.
Cancellations and Refunds
We do not accept cancellations nor do we accepts refunds for change your mind.
